​It's a house that floats, not a houseboat - that's the clear distinction. This interesting dwelling was designed took four months to complete. 

​The house is constructed on a concrete hull foundation. The concrete hull was the first thing that was constructed, followed by the modular structure.

Although the floating home took only 4 months to build, the entire project was a culmination of 11 years of planning.

The staircase enables the roof to open up and allow the skylights in to the building revealing the rooftop deck views. ​
